A bit about me...

I’ll never forget how frightened, confused, ashamed and alone I felt when I first started struggling with my mental health at the age of 17. Since 2019, I’ve made it my mission to do all I can to make sure no one else feels the way that I did. That’s when Like I Care was born.

Through my blog, podcast and events, I share my experience of struggling with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem, and interview others about their own struggles too, in the hope of reassuring people that they’re not alone in what they’re going through.

I also share tools and tips from experts on a wide range of mental health and wellness topics, and review wellbeing products, to give people the information they might need to live a happier, more fulfilled life.

It’s important to highlight that I, myself, am NOT a mental health expert. I am simply a passionate mental health advocate who believes we all deserve access to resources and information that could help us improve our mental health and wellbeing. Like I Care, my digital child, aims to do just that.
